INGREDIENTS
* 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
* 3 eggs
* 1 cup packed brown sugar
* 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
* 1 teaspoon baking soda
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 3 cups all-purpose flour
* 1 cup chopped walnuts
* 4 cups chopped apples
* 1 cup packed brown sugar
* 1/2 cup butter
* 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch pan, or a 10 inch tube pan. Stir the flour, baking soda and salt together and set aside.
2. In a large bowl, cream the oil, eggs, 1 cup brown sugar and 2 teaspoons vanilla. Add the flour mixture and mix well. Stir in the chopped apples and nuts.
3. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
4. For the Topping: In a saucepan, combine 1 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup butter and 1/4 cup cream. Bring to a boil, and continue boiling for 3 minutes. Cool slightly and pour over warm cake.

INGREDIENTS
* 3 cups all-purpose flour
* 2 cups white sugar
* 2 teaspoons baking soda
* 6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
* 1 cup vegetable oil
* 2 tablespoons vinegar
* 2 cups water
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch pan.
2. In a large bowl, sift together the flour, sugar, baking soda and cocoa. Measure and combine water, oil, vinegar and vanilla. Pour liquid ingredients into flour mixture and beat until smooth. Pour into prepared pan.
3. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool.

INGREDIENTS
• 4 Apples (peeled, cored and sliced)
• 1 tbsp Baking Powder
• 2 cups White Sugar
• 4 Eggs
• 2 tsp Cinnamon (ground)
• 3 cups All-Purpose Flour
• 5 tbsp White Sugar
• 5 tbsp Brown Sugar
• 1 cup Vegetable Oil
DIRECTIONS
• Mix flour and baking powder in a large bowl.
• Take a different bowl and put vegetable oil, sugar (2 cups) and eggs into it. Beat the mixture well.
• Now, blend the egg mixture and flour mixture until smooth.
• Take a small bowl and mix brown sugar, white sugar and cinnamon in it.
• Pour half of the oil-egg batter into a pan. Add 2 apples followed by half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture to the pan.
• Repeat the last step.
• Bake the mixture in a preheated oven for about 50-70 minutes.
• Let the cake cool. Invert the pan over a plate.
• Apple Cake is ready to serve.

INGREDIENTS
* 1 (18.25 ounce) package devil’s food cake mix
* 1 (3.9 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
* 4 eggs
* 1 cup sour cream
* 1/2 cup vegetable oil
* 1/2 cup water
* 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 10 inch Bundt pan. Have all ingredients at room temperature.
2. In a large bowl, stir together cake mix and pudding mix. Make a well in the center and pour in eggs, sour cream, oil and water. Beat on low speed until blended. Scrape bowl, and beat 4 minutes on medium speed. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour batter into prepared pan.
3. Bake in the preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool.

INGREDIENTS
• 1 package White Cake Mix
• 1 package Watermelon Gelatin
• 1-1/4 cups Water
• 2 Eggs
• 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
• 2-1/2 cups Cream Cheese Frosting
• Red and green gel food coloring
• A few Chocolate Chips
DIRECTIONS
• In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, gelatin, water, eggs and oil.
• Beat on low speed for 30 seconds then on medium for 2 minutes.
• Pour this into two separate greased and floured 9-inch round baking pans.
• Bake at 350° F for 30-35 minutes.
• Cool for 10 minutes and then remove the cake to wire racks to cool completely.
• Set aside 2 tbsps frosting for decorating.
• Place 1-1/4 cups frosting in a bowl; tint red.
• Tint remaining frosting green.
• Place one cake layer on a serving plate; spread with 1/2 cup red frosting.Top with second cake.
• Frost top with remaining red frosting.
• Frost sides and top edge of cake with green frosting.
• Cut a 1/4-in. hole in the corner of pastry or plastic bag. Fill the bag with reserved white frosting.
• Pipe around top edge of cake where green and pink frosting meets.
• For seeds, insert chocolate chips upside down into cake top.
• Watermelon cake is ready.

INGREDIENTS
• 1-1/4 Cups plums, pitted and sliced
• 1 Cup all purpose flour
• 3 Eggs
• 1/2 Cup butter, softened
• 1/2 Cup white sugar
• 1 tsp Lemon zest
• 1/2 tsp Baking powder
DIRECTIONS
• Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
• Grease a nine-inch tube pan.
• Beat the egg whites in a bowl and leave aside.
• Cream the butter with sugar in a large bowl.
• Beat egg yolks and the lemon zest. Add it to the butter mixture.
• Stir together 1-cup flour and baking powder.
• Fold in this flour mixture into the creamed mixture.
• Add and stir the egg whites.
• Arrange the batter uniformly into the prepared pan.
• Arrange the sliced plums attractively over the batter with skin-side down.
• Bake it for 40 minutes at 375 degrees F.
• Remove and cool on a rack.
• Plum Cake is ready.

INGREDIENTS
• 90 gm Softened butter
• 90 gm Softened cream cheese
• 2 tsp Finely grated lemon rind
• 2/3 Cup superfine sugar
• 1/2 Cup all-purpose (plain) flour
• 1/3 Cup self-raising flour
• 2 Eggs
DIRECTIONS
• Pre-heat oven to 160oC.
• Line a 12 cupcake pan, with cupcake papers.
• Now beat butter, cheese, lemon rind, sugar and eggs until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
• Sift the two flours and mix it to the above mixture. Now beat to mix properly.
• Divide the above equally among the cake cases and bake for 20 minutes.
• Leave to cool for a few minutes and then finally transfer to a wire rack.
